 Classification according to the scope of use

1. Ordinary high-speed punching machine: suitable for light stamping processing, such as printing and punching of metal parts.

2. Powerful high-speed punching machine: suitable for heavy-duty stamping processing, such as auto parts, motorcycle parts, locks, etc.

3. Miniature high-speed punching machine: suitable for stamping small precision parts such as electronics, small buttons, clocks and watches.

Classification according to structural characteristics

1. Connecting rod high-speed press: It is characterized by the connecting rod mechanism connecting the press body that moves up and down, and is suitable for small and medium-sized presses. The connecting rod high-speed punching machine has a simple structure, good stability, easy operation, maintenance and transformation, and the price is relatively low.

2. Casting bridge type high-speed punching machine: Based on the integrally cast press body, the upper and lower mold bases are respectively installed and lifted up and down by four threaded rods, which is suitable for large presses. The casting bridge type high-speed punching machine has uniform pressure, high precision, compact and beautiful structure, but the price is relatively high.

Classification according to power source

1. Mechanical high-speed punching machine: It adopts a mechanical transmission system, that is, the power of the flywheel is directly transmitted to the press body, and the number and speed of mechanical movements are automatically controlled by the machine tool. The mechanical high-speed punching machine has a large moving inertia and a long acceleration time, but within a certain range, the weight of the flywheel can be increased to increase the impact force.

2. Hydraulic high-speed punching machine: The hydraulic transmission system is adopted, and the power is transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic device such as the oil pump, and the oil is used to control the strength, speed and stability of the processing work. The hydraulic high-speed punch press has fast response speed, more precise energy movement and control, but it is difficult to maintain and debug, and the oil system is more likely to cause environmental pollution.
