JL21 Series C-frame power press with adjustable stroke
a whole steel welded frame, high rigidity and less deformation, ensuring the capacity for bearing heavy load;
cast structure and eight-side long rectangle guides, ensuring high moving precision and high accuracy;
The press has adjustable stroke as standard providing eight different lengths, in order to meet the punch processing for various dies.
The machine adopts pneumatic combined friction clutch-brake, with reliable safety, flexible action and long service life;
Hydraulic overload protection device is equipped, offering convenient maintenance and high sensitivity in effectively protecting against overload;
The machine adopts automatic oil lubrication system to ensure lubricating with timing and rations;
The adjustment for die-setting height is motorized and a digital indicator for die-setting height is equipped;
The crankshaft is arranged longitudinally, and the driving gears are submerged in the oil, as a result, the press machine has low noise and long service life;
The machine adopts pneumatic balance cylinders to balance the weight of slide and upper die, to ensure the press moving stably;
The electrical system is controlled by PLC, and main electrical components are famous brand’s, ensuring high reliability and good adaptability.
