Four-column double action Hydraulic press is for cold forming and hot forming of dish heads, as well as flanging and
straightening processes for various kinds of steel sheets. It is also used in pipe/tube fittings such as tees forming, elbows
forming.
Serial YH24 series hydraulic press is essential equipment for stainless, alloy steel and carbon steel dish head cold /
hot forming /sizing process. There are four-column and four-beam or four-column and three-beam structures. Control is basis of the proportional control technology; the drawing slide and blank holding force are moni
tored and controlled by pressure sensor and proportional valves. Basis of the Flexible technology and the forming process r
esearch, the drawing force and blank holding force curve can be preset as per the actual forming process, this improves the products quality largely. The Quick die changing and clamping system can be furnished for the efficiency improving.
